State Agencies

If you are a state agency required to purchase flags that have been flown over the Virginia Capitol, we are your source for flag purchasing. If you are a state agency that does not require flags to be flown over the Virginia Capitol, pursuant to the Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) section 2.1, you must purchase your flags from the Virginia Distribution Center (VDC).
